Would you like to cancel your stay or change your booking? Fill in the cancellation form below and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department.

-> To cancel your reservation, complete the form and click on the “Submit” button. A message confirming receipt of your request will appear on your screen. You will not receive a e-mail confirmation. We thank you for taking note of our General Terms of Sale.

-> To change your booking, complete the form, taking care to specify your modification request in the free text section. A message confirming receipt of your request will appear on your screen, and the youth hostel will get back to you.
