That’s it! You are ready to prepare your group trip. So it’s very simple, all you have to do is choose your destination. Make a reservation, join our association and let our teams guide you through the creation of your trip.
In order to prepare your stay, we ask you to provide the following information to the hostel of your choice:
- Dates and destination of the stay
- Number of participants
- Ages of the participants ( – and + of 18 years)
- Breakdown of the group (boys, girls, chaperones, drivers)
- Additional services: half board, full board, picnic basket…
- Your organization ‘s contact information: address, phone number, e-mail and name of the group leader
How to book ?
To make a reservation in a destination, simply contact the youth hostel where you wish to stay directly.
For a reservation in several destinations, you just have to contact our group service for any information or request for estimate by sending the information to

FOR REMINDER
An organization is a legal entity (association, works council, school…) organizing a stay for its members.
A group is made up of more than 9 people (as stipulated by the International Federation’s regulations).
How to join?
To stay in a youth hostel, you only need to join the United Federation of Youth Hostels.
The member organization is the legal entity (association, works council, school, etc.) that books a stay for its members.
